TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Ticket Sales & Payment

   • All ticket sales are final. As this is a not-for-profit event raising money for charity, we are unable to offer refunds.

   • Tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website.

2. Ticket Transfers

   • If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify us at kayleigh@lloyd-creative.co.uk with the new attendee’s details at least 48 hours before the event.

3. Event Cancellation

   • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.

   • We are not responsible for any other costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

4. Event Changes

   • We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders.

5. Photography & Media

   • By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed at the event. These images may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in event photography, please let us know upon arrival.

6. Our Mission & Event Experience

   • The Outrageously You Awards are about celebrating authenticity, passion, and the power of women supporting women. We ask all attendees to come with the same energy, to celebrate, uplift, and connect with each other. This is a space where we champion community over competition, and we can’t wait to share it with you!
